1. How do I track my order?

When we dispatch your order, a tracking number will be generated immediately. We will send you the carrier and tracking number via email, which you can use to track your shipment.

2. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Certainly. However, please notify us within 24 hours (via email or WhatsApp) if possible. If more than 48 hours have passed, you will need to contact us to confirm whether a return or order modification is possible. Since our mirror balls are custom-made based on your order, returns may not be feasible if production has already begun. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Your products are made of plastic - are you committed to high environmental standards?

Of course. Plastic is the only material that has the unique properties required to make watertight and safe inflatables.

4. I received a different item from what I ordered, what shouId I do?

First of all, we apologize for this situation—it should not have happened. In this case, please contact us directly. After confirming the cause of the issue, we will arrange to send you the correct product.

1. What size should I order?

We have a size chart available for each product to help you find the best fit. Visit a product page and click on the "size chart", which has an overview of the deflated diameter of the products.

2. How can I tell when the balls are properly inflated?

To ensure your Mega Bling Orbs are inflated correctly, use the pump until they feel firm yet slightly flexible. Avoid over-inflation, which is evident if the balloon feels excessively hard. A properly inflated balloon will have minimal wrinkles, particularly near the seams. If you still see some wrinkles along the seams, you can add a bit more air. Always monitor the firmness to prevent over-inflating the balloon.

3. Why does my balloon lose air as soon as I take the pump off?

All Mega Bling Orbs feature an adjustable valve designed to control airflow. When the valve is open, air can flow in and out, which may cause deflation when the pump is detached. However, once the valve is closed, it acts as a one-way seal, keeping the air securely inside.

Our balloons come with two valve types. For valves with a white button, simply press it to close the valve. For grey valves, push it in and then give it a 1/4 turn to lock it in place. Once the valve is properly secured, your balloon should stay fully inflated even after removing the pump.

4. Why does my ball develop wrinkles a day after inflation?

There are two likely explanations for this issue.

First, a noticeable temperature drop could be the cause. Colder conditions cause the air inside the balloon to contract, which may lead to the appearance of wrinkles on the surface.

Second, the balloon’s valve might not have been fully tightened after inflation. Each pump comes with a specialized tool (resembling a wrench) designed to fit into the valve and ensure it is securely fastened.

In both scenarios, simply adding a small amount of air until the balloon regains its firmness should fix the problem. To extend the life of your Mega Bling Orbs, always handle them with care and double-check that the valve is tightly closed after inflation.

5. Can Mega Bling Orbs be fixed securely in place?

Yes! Mega Bling Orbs come equipped with built-in D-rings, allowing you to securely anchor them to the ground, ceiling, or to one another using zip ties or ropes (not included). The number of D-rings varies depending on the size of the ball, ranging from 1 to 4.

Note: For safety reasons, balls 9ft(3m) and larger should not be hung. If hanging is necessary, ensure proper reinforcement measures are in place.

6. Why is there a hole in my ball near the valve?

Rest assured, the hole next to the valve is intentionally designed as part of the inflation process. The outer layer and inner layer are separate, and the hole allows air to escape from between the two layers during inflation. The mirror-like finish on the outer surface can only achieve its best effect when the air between the two layers of the ball is completely expelled, allowing the layers to adhere tightly to each other. Please avoid covering or blocking this hole.

7. How to deflate Mega Bling Orbs: A Step-by-Step Guide

A. Slow Deflation Method

  • Open the one-way valve by either pushing or twisting it, depending on the valve type.
  • Allow the balloon to sit undisturbed for a few hours.
  • Over time, the air will slowly escape, and the ball will fully deflate on its own.

       B. Quick Deflation Method

  • Place the ball with the valve positioned on the side.
  • Attach the pump hose to the larger side of the valve as if you were inflating the balloon.
  • Instead of inflating, the pump will now extract air from the balloon.
  • Keep the pump running until the ball is mostly flat.
  • Fold the deflated ball like a large cigar, starting from one end and rolling toward the valve.
  • Next, fold it like a bedsheet, starting from the back and moving toward the valve to push out any remaining air.
  • Once fully deflated, leave the valve open for storage.

By following these steps, you can safely and efficiently deflate your Mega Bling Orbs for easy storage or transport.

8. What should I do if my Mega Bling Orbs get damaged?

The approach to repairing your Mega Bling Orbs depends on the type of damage. The outer surface of these balls is more delicate compared to the inner layer.

Small scratches or tears: These can typically be repaired with clear packing tape. Just apply the tape over the affected area to seal it. This method also works as a preventative step if you notice a seam starting to lift.

Seam separation: This is often caused by overinflation. If this occurs, deflate the ball, use double-sided tape along the seam, ensure the edges are aligned correctly, and then reinflate. While this may not be a long-term fix, it can help you get additional use out of your ball.

Always keep in mind that avoiding overinflation can greatly prolong the lifespan of your Mega Bling Orbs.

9. How do I clean my Mega Bling Orbs?

Maintaining your Mega Bling Orbs is simple and ensures they last longer. For cleaning, use water and a paper towel before and after each use. To enhance their shine, consider using a spray polish, which adds extra reflectivity. Be sure to follow the product instructions and gently wipe with a soft cloth or paper towel to avoid harming the surface. This routine keeps your balls looking their best while preserving their quality.

10. How to Safely Store Mega Bling Orbs for Long-Term Use?

To ensure your Mega Bling Orbs remain in great condition for extended periods, follow these simple storage steps. First, deflate them using the Dedicated Pump. Once deflated, you can fold them like a bedsheet or roll them tightly to significantly reduce their size.

To prevent them from unfolding, wrap each ball several times with clear plastic wrap (preferably with handles) to keep them compact. For added protection, store the wrapped balls in a sealed plastic container or a sturdy box with a lid. This method will help keep your Mega Bling Orbs safe, organized, and ready for future use!

11. Can Mega Bling Orbs be reused multiple times?

Yes, they can! Mega Bling Orbs are designed for multiple uses. To store them, simply deflate the balloons using the included pump, then fold and place them in a box or storage container. When you're ready to use them again, just unfold and reinflate for more enjoyment.

To ensure your balloons last as long as possible, proper care is key. Be careful not to overinflate them, as this can cause stress or even bursting. Inflate them only until they feel firm but still have a slight give when pressed. This will help maintain their durability and keep the fun going!

12. What is the ideal temperature range for Mega Bling Orbs?

Our Mega Bling Orbs are designed to perform well in a broad temperature spectrum, ranging from -20°C (-4°F) to 45°C (113°F). However, to ensure the longevity and performance of your balls, it’s important to follow these care tips under different weather conditions:

 

In colder conditions, while it’s safe to keep the balls outdoors, we recommend avoiding inflating or deflating them in extreme cold, as this could potentially harm the material.

 

In hot climates or when exposed to direct sunlight, the balls may expand due to heat (remember: air expands when warm and contracts when cool). To avoid over-expansion, do not inflate them to their maximum capacity. Monitor the firmness regularly; if the ball feels excessively hard, release a small amount of air until it reaches a firm but flexible state.

 

Significant temperature changes may cause the balls to develop wrinkles as they cool, requiring you to add more air. Conversely, you may need to release some air when temperatures rise to maintain optimal firmness.

13. Can I use my Mega Bling Orbs in water?

Absolutely! Mega Bling Orbs are crafted to be both versatile and water-resistant, making them perfect for use as floating decor in pools or other water features. To keep them stationary and prevent drifting, simply attach a weight to the D-ring(s) for added stability.

14. How long do Mega Bling Orbs remain inflated?

Mega Bling Orbs are designed to last, staying inflated for weeks or even months. They are crafted with a unique locking system and made from premium, long-lasting PVC and mylar materials for exceptional durability.

15. Can Mega Bling Orbs be used outdoors?

Yes, all colors except for the Black Mega Bling Orbs are designed for outdoor use. However, it’s important to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat, as these conditions can cause the balls to expand (keep in mind that air expands in high temperatures and contracts in cooler conditions). Overinflation in such environments may increase pressure on the seams, potentially leading to splitting.

 

To prevent this, regularly check the firmness of your balls during hot weather or at peak daytime temperatures. If the ball feels overly rigid, release a small amount of air until it becomes slightly flexible when pressed.

 

Note: Black Mega Bling Orbs are not suitable for extreme heat or direct sunlight and should only be used indoors or in shaded areas away from sun exposure.

16. What should I do if my Mega Bling Orbs are damaged during delivery or by Customs?

While we take great care in packaging our products, we cannot control how couriers or Customs handle them. If your Mega Bling Orbs arrive damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier or Customs office directly to resolve the issue.

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

2. What should you do if you encounter repeated payment failures?

If your PayPal payment fails, please check whether the order amount exceeds $1,000.  
If it does, this may be due to PayPal's risk control measures. Don't worry—we have confirmed with PayPal that this is a normal security precaution. In this case, you can split the payment into two separate orders, and we will still package and ship your items together as usual.  
If the payment amount is below $1,000 and the payment still fails, please contact us directly, and we will promptly investigate and resolve the issue for you.

3. Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.

1. Do you ship world-wide?

Yes, almost world-wide. You can insert your shipping destination at checkout to get an overview of delivery options. If your country is not listed, please send us an email at【hello@megablingorbs.com】 to get a shipping quote.

2. Can I change the delivery address?

Once your order has been placed it is unfortunately not possible to make changes to the delivery address. If you made a mistake in your address, please write us an email to【hello@megablingorbs.com】. Meanwhile we will promptly contact the carrier to update the address, but this may not always be successful. Regardless of the outcome, we will respond to you in a timely manner.

3. How much do you charge for delivery?

Orders for mirror balls exceeding $299 are eligible for free shipping. All orders for pool floats also enjoy free shipping.

4. How long does shipping take?

Firstly, due to the variety of colors and sizes, we begin production within 24 hours after the order is placed. The production process typically takes about 3-4 business days to complete, after which the order will be shipped. The shipping time varies based on the customer's location in the United States, usually taking about 5-10 business days. Therefore, from the time the order is placed, it will take approximately 7-14 days to receive the products.

1. What is your Exchange & Return policy?

If you find the product damaged upon first opening the package and the packaging is intact, we will replace it with a new one for you.
